Following the date of acceptance both Buyer and Seller have five business days to request modifications to your contract. During this time, the Buyer will perform a professional home inspection and make repair requests. If an agreement cannot be reached during this time, the contract may be cancelled with a return of earnest money to Buyer.

With that being said, my firm is here to do the worrying for you. My firm offers a flat Attorney fee that is only payable at the time of closing . Meaning, if the transaction is cancelled you will not receive an invoice from my firm. Please note, other fees will apply such as title, survey, taxes, etc.
